Exchange Policy

    • 1. General Policy

      • Vintage Accessories has a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

      • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange voucher (Terms & Conditions apply).

      • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

      • Any issues with your order must also be reported within this 24-hour window via Instagram. Requests after this period will not be entertained.


      2. Customer Responsibilities

      • Customers are responsible for safely returning items to our warehouse.

      • Jewelry items are fragile; if damaged by the customer after delivery or during return transit, we are not responsible.

      • Customers must include the original receipt or a note with their name, order number, and reason for exchange inside the parcel.

      • To avoid loss or damage, we recommend using an insured return courier service.

      • Please ensure the return parcel reaches us within 7 working days. Returns received after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

      • If a parcel is delayed beyond 7 working days or is lost in transit, Vintage Accessories will not be liable to cover the loss or issue an exchange.


      3. Damaged or Faulty Items

      • If an item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide an exchange.

      • If an item arrives damaged during transit, we will also provide an exchange, provided the customer submits valid proof (see below).

      • Damage caused by the customer (e.g., mishandling after delivery or while returning) is not eligible for exchange.


      4. Proof Required for Damaged Parcels

      To process a claim for damage in transit, customers must provide:

      1. A continuous, unedited video recording of the parcel being opened (from sealed condition to full unpacking).

      2. A detailed description of the damage.

      3. The order number and contact information.

      • Claims without video proof cannot be processed.


      5. Delivery & Exchange Costs

      • Customers are responsible for all delivery costs for exchanges.

      • However, if the exchange is due to a verified manufacturing defect or damage in transit, Vintage Accessories will cover both the Exchange and re-delivery costs (SALE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED) 


      6. Processing Time

      • Exchange processing may take up to 15 working days after the item has been returned and inspected.

      • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Sale Policy

  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances.

  • Please check all details carefully before completing your order, as all sale purchases are considered final.
